Health Conscious II

From my last post, I was talking about plans, motivations & goals....

Plans

1. Eat regularly, adequately & healthy.

a) 3-4 light meals a day.

b) Be choosy, choose wisely on which kind of food or nutrition to consume more or less. More on veges & fruits; cut down on meat, esp red meat, take more fish & chicken instead of pork, lamb, beef; no more big bowl rice, alternately consume noodle, beehon, oats, brown rice (errr..abit hard la i'm "rice tong").

2. Exercise regularly.

a) 2-3 times a week.

b) Improve Cardiovascular Endurance. Eg. Run, cycling, walk, etc.

c) Burn fats, gain muscles instead (of course not men's muscle, just to be firm). This requires weight training.

3. Sleep before 11. Or 12 at least. 7-8hrs.

4. Say NO to alcohol! (Part of the reason, my gastric problem that always annoyed me!)

5. Drink more WATER!! MORE!!! (Almost forget this, like I always forget to drink water too =.=)

Motivations

1. Be in shape, FIT not FAT! To wear nice cloths :D

2. Improve metabolism.

3. Improve health condition.

4. Better skin condition.

5. Be confident!

Goals

1. Lose 5 kgs! Arrgggggh....scratching head!

2. Heart Rate within 60-80% of my maximum HR for Cardiovascular training.

3. No constipation. =P *blush*

4. Good skin condition. Reducing dark circles & eye bags, no pimple, etc.

5. Deng, sleep early la...bubbly so much now already over 12 still talk about sleep early wo, keep skin la.... =.= (Hehe joking, but really over time, must SLEEP!)

The recent me just joined gym & did health screening, trying to be health conscious & hope to stay in healthy lifestyle.

Gained weight a lot since working, getting annoyed with photos taken getting fatter & fatter. The double chin, giant arms, spare tyres, fml!

To stay healthy, 2 things must do:

Healthy Dietary
Regular exercise

So.....I must have plans, motivations & goals to stay away from FAT, kick away gastric problem & be in shape!

Opps it's 12am I must get on bed, another important healthy step which cannot be omitted.

LOVE Blind

Women can be blind while in love, no matter how negative the love could be, women could accept without thinking subsequent effects, they trust their hearts even it always wrong.

It's like the mind says "no", the heart says "go". Women are animals that usually follow their hearts.

A best friend of mine is the best example, currently with a guy unofficially (the guy never intends to declare their so called relationship). Both of them are single, why couldn't that guy declare them as couple in fact they date like one, doing everything the usual couple does (eg. kiss, hug, met the parents, etc) , but never confront in front of her or anyone that she is his girl friend. But she is definitely dying for him.

Her birthday was near, she kept on said she never expected him to do anything special for her (obviously lying to herself). But when the guy really did nothing on the actual day, she sad she disappointed, she cried... tremendously. Then, the guy spent some time to explain his excuses, her hopes raised again.

On her birthday,I was quite pissed off & speechless with her as she called me & crying on the other side, requested me rush to her place right after work. But she just dumped me without notice or pick up my call, while she received the full of excuses' call when I was flying to her place. I ended up back home without getting any response, she returned call after even I had my dinner at home. Friendship cost just nothing when love exist.

The above situation happened to me two, three years back. That's why I actually advised her many times not to follow my old path as the history hurts so bad. I just felt stupid for myself, I can't let myself be so unwise now. I was helpless to get her out of this, in fact no one understands better than me, love is really blind.

Perhaps meanwhile in my "empty period", I couldn't determine how crazy I would still, for LOVE. But, I truly believe that; the man who really loves you, won't let you cry or sad for him. =)

No matter how hard I tried, I just can't fit in. When you know the hat size not suitable for you to fit in, why force & struggle yourself keep on trying & lying to yourself that you can actually fit well?

After several attempts of trying, you know there won't be any changes except hurts, you fed up, you tend to give up, leave & stop trying anymore.

Ever thought of, why don't I try to change myself to fit well, it might suitable if I change my style? But that won't be me anymore, why should I hide my true self to fit in the so called hat that cannot brings out my own personality but the hat's shadow?

A person wear cloth to brings out personality, not to hide your own personality underneath cloth.

And what I'm talking about is not just merely cloth if you can see.

总觉得放下看似无情，过不了自己。。想想，有些改变不了的事，再执着，再缅怀也只能是过去，是现在改变不了也看不到的回忆。很多事是注定，既然改变不了就往前看，看着未来的路得如何走，又有哪些路人会出现，因为你无法控制或预料谁何时走近何时离去。时间就象隧道，很多人来往，留不住人就只好把美好的回忆留住。。。

所以。。。

虽然很久，虽然很难，我终究学会了放下，放下执著，放开心怀，学会放下等于释放自己。

至少我还活着，至少我比很多人过得好，笑一笑，没什么大不了！加油！

Jade Emperor's Birthday 天公诞

The most important day for Hokkien三, since this year we can't celebrate or do the prayer at night, therefore we just had dinner with the Lee's family together. All these while we never had dinner together on this so called Jade Emperor's birthday. This is the first, that's why somehow the dinner makes me feel like it was meant to replace loneliness of your absence.

Rushed to the restaurant myself after work, drove home alone as well after dined. On the way back, I teared....again. I don't know how many times had I teared when I remind of him.

Out of the house, full of noises where neighbors doing preparations for the prayer; firecrackers & fireworks are everywhere, we used to be part of it. Inside the house, now we can just stay in the lonely house watching and listening the noises without participating, the merrier the environment the lonelier in our hearts.

Kinda active recently to blog, maybe because I'm fear of festivals, especially the CHINESE festivals after he's gone. And blog is the only way to release my fear, my worry, my sorrow and not affecting others. Guess I'm affected with hardly let go disease..... Such an useless idiot, I need full recovery!

The song "When you're gone" from Avril Lavigne popped up my mind, sad rhythm. Even Avril has her new song released, "What the hell". Why should I still stay with the sad old rhythm? Shall change to the new mood as per the new song, take it easy, be tough! I can, I can do it.

1st CNY without him..

This is the first Chinese New Year without him, our routine for the CNY is in a state of utter chaos this year.

Although the usual CNY all these years were actually simple, boring, nothing special, but at least we feel like we're together as a family, although most of the children at my age would not follow parents to visit their relatives & friends but our family were in one every year.

This year~ I was seriously wished CNY would not reach. The feel ain't the same anymore, we are not in one, our family not perfect at all. The reunion dinner last night was meaningless, deep in our heart we know someone's missing, a chair is empty.

Today is the first day of CNY, we usually greeted mom & dad "Gong Hei Fatt Choi" first thing in the morning and grab angpaus, then start our vegetarian breakfast, watch TV, visited to relative/friends house, looking for programs in the shopping malls or temples, etc.

This year = nothing.

I wonder how will the second day (年初二) be as we'll visit to grandpa's house as usual, many relatives and friends there (That's the day I like the most in CNY cause I usually grabbed many angpaus & get to gamble). But I'm worry how will people look at us, strange/weird eyes? Or asking how's life? How do we coped with the days without him?

After he's gone, I think I'm the one who can't really get over it, always remind of him, recalled memories with him, teared. Guess that my mom can cope better than me. Yea I know life still goes on, I should have let go and cherish those by my sides. As long as he knows I love him still deep in my heart. I shall do my best in everything, fight for my resolutions, fight for a reason, fight for him!

By the way, the good thing is I've really grown up a lot because of him. I'm glad I able to contribute to the family, trying to pay my responsibility as an eldest daughter & sister. Hope i did okay and going well.

HAPPY RABBIT YEAR! I wish the hopping rabbit will brings everyone of us energy, prosperity, wealth & health! GONG XI FA CAI =)

Sick ass dreaming of Ice Cream

Been sick for more than a month, guess coming two months since renovation started in the office, my nose and throat inflamed affected by the changing weather and the dusty environment in office, still I'm yet to be recover now even reno ended for some times. It never cure even I've seen doctor few times, avoiding cold drinks, it really bothered me, almost coughed my lung out everyday especially while in the office, what can I do? Complain to management? Resign? I just want to stay in health, don't wish to carry with bad luck in the beginning of new year :(

I wanted to eat ice cream so much, one of the all time medicine to cheer me up whenever I'm sad, down, depressed or angry. No matter how mad I am, I can still melt with ice cream and gain back my smile like a kid, or I'll smirk while holding the ice cream on hand with my back facing you. Ice cream is just like a magic, a picture of happiness and sense of being pampered. *I'm just way too immersed in my own fantasy imagination =P*

Someone please buy me ice cream, pleaseeeee~

Hello my garden! Long time no see, how are you doing? I'm doing okay, do you miss me??? =P

Errr.. was doing blogs hopping, should be FOOD blogs hopping... and suddenly remind of my blog, wanted to add those food blogs link here for my easy reference, therefore incidentally say hi to my blog and to those who might read it if there is any.... though I guess no since it has been dead for long time! Nevermind, I'm just SS (syok sendiri) for fun! :D

Little regrets of starting to view those food blogs, they are extremely tempting and my saliva almost flow down now, I'm hungry but I'm supposed to be on diet mode =( to execute one of my 2011 year resolutions~ Lose weight!!! (Top 1 in the resolutions list)

Wrote down my new year resolutions on the very 1st day of the year, which I don't know whether I'm able to accomplish all or part of it. However, without target I won't even do nor achieve anything, lets pray & wish that everything will go smooth and I am able to accomplish all my resolutions!! Aza aza fighting!

I miss the Me, Myself & I

Now that everything has changed, so do I, myself & me...

I started to miss the old time me, the one that playful, outgoing, no worries, sunshine me!

Perhaps the present me might looked not much differences, I still look the same.

But...

The me losses a big shelter that protects me no matter what happen, all I need to do was just rang the phone and the shelter will be in front of me shortly to settle problem.

The me that might looked shorter now cause there are many responsibilities on my shoulder now.

The me that might looked dull cause every steps I make now must be think wisely, my head never stop thinking, I was never afraid to do anything but now I worry front & back, perhaps wrinkles fall in love with me soon...

In fact I miss the shelter ~ Daddy, so much!!

Cherish... Before too late

Never thought that my dad will leave us so sudden due to heart attack, the most shocked news in my life. Feel absolute regret that I didn't told him I love him since long time ago, I haven't even got chance to execute filial duty to my daddy yet.

Just stepped into society this month and get my first salary two days ago. I did had plan on my mind which to celebrate the coming mother's day with my first salary treating whole family for Japanese food or buffet. Why don't at least let me do so before take away daddy in such of sudden?

Very thanks to my family, relatives and friends who beside us, comforted us and helped us to recover and passes the hard times to accept the fact and sadness. We'll take care ourselves good, live better for you daddy, need not to worry us & rest in peace....We love you!

Peoples come and go, you might meet a person today and wave to him/her tomorrow. But family is the linkage forever that u couldn't change no matter where you go, what you do, they're still your family, do cherish and love them before it's too late...

Mother's day & Father's day are coming soon, do use the chance to tell them you love them no matter in verbal or action. Thank them for what we have now because their love brought us here.

Dad & Mom, I love both of you!! Daddy, I hope u can hear me....

Totally forgotten on this abandoned blog until Munster said found my blog while blog-hopping last night.

My study life ended, collected last convo's photos yesterday from studio. After job seeking for quite a while, finally I'll have to wave with my so called "free" life by tomorrow, start work on April Fool.

I'm on the beginning to uncover next chapter of my life, I'm happy that I finally over what I should let go too! Wonder how is the another chapter going to be, would the path full of torns which hard to cross or I'll see bright road in front of me? We'll see :D

2010 would be a better year?

After quite a long time that I actually gave up to update my blog, now I pop up again!

Time flies, I was back from UK since end of September 2009. And now is January 2010, Happy new year everyone! Since I was back, I had a great holiday until mid of November I started to work as part timer, that is why I got no heart to blog anymore which I either too happy in my holiday or too tired of working, I planned to quit blogging.

Well, my part time finally ended on last day of 2009, so I'm jobless now and hunting for jobs, I did went for few interviews, I rejected because I don't feel like it would be my interest as my career. I'm trying to search for career, not merely job, I know I still young I can try, but what if I know I won't like the job, what for I still try and then resign again, I don't wish to change working environment always, I'm not play play here.....

Been gone through tears & laughters in 2009, and this year is definitely a new start for me no matter in building career, owning a new car, let go of my old relationship, be a responsible daughter and eldest sister at home, and many mores coming....I really need good lucks this year in career, money, love, family, most importantly Health, without health how am i gonna success in other aspects?

Can those bad lucks get away from me? Can I stand strong?

I wish to update my blog with trips I had in UK, but once finished those happy moments, assginments will started chasing after me non-stop, I got no time to select pix to post on my blog and facebook, cause I usually take long time to do so, and I'm moodless to do so as it is tiring!

For a long time I've been here I never shout out anything on my blog, don't know why am I rather to write here instead of writing on my assignment work now >.<"

I've done something I felt ridiculous today, ordered by someone far from Malaysia and I feel so unwilling to do so. But I done it, that's why I feel so aggrieve like I'm a slave to serve others without anyone to care on my feelings ='(

I'm not suppose to be here at this moment, I got 2 assignments to pass up on Wed, with another thesis that need to get done ASAP, quickly chase me out of here, BYE!!

100th Post in UK

Halo, yea this always get abandoned blog has finally come to the 100th! Long waiting~nya =P Whatever, I should give it a round of applause!

I'm currently in Liverpool, UK. Thought of and wanted to write the blog to share my excitements once I'd reached in UK. However, now I'm here nearly three weeks, I don't felt like excited to post my blog, might be busying around or I am actually really lazy. =P

Until now only I feel like wanna write something...

Before I starts my journey here, my family, friends and even colleagues did organized farewells for me. I came to realized that I do have plenty of peoples who sayang on me. I was really happy, touched and appreciate what god gives to me. =)

Hot Spring & Cameron trip

It seems like I'm getting used to my working life, started getting close with colleagues. It was totally different with when I'm first in AA as no people talked to me, and no friends, spending lunch time alone... I felt like kinda fear of lunch time during that period that I had to follow Malay's colleagues for lunch and eating Malay food everyday...

Until March, after half month I've been there, my days had changed when Kascy (new staff) came in and she's like an angel who saved my life, I decided to take initiative asked her for lunch when I noticed she's having lunch alone too! Haha, then we always spent our lunch together with non-stop and unfinished topics everyday...

At the same time, we had a new department's head which is very good. He is always there to assist you when u need help or when you have any questions or doubts. Wow, then we have game session after work on every friday, such as Uno, Scrabbles, Pictionary, and Connect 4. And most of the time we'll have dinner together after the game sessions. Definately

relationship between colleagues gained better, at least I do have sense of belongings now. I do feel like happy to work in AA now =)

However, I'm gonna leave soon to UK on the end of month for summer's degree programme... =( I'd actually resigned and my last day should be 30th April. I was kinda guilty to resign that time when my department seems like lacking of people, but I really have to go. Since I'm kinda free besides of doing some homeworks before I depart, so at the end I still work as part time now =P

Hehe, I've spend most of the free time and holidays with colleagues these days...

We had game sessions, food seeking, movies, sing k, and now trip! ^^

Its been more than a month not blogging, my life was just too busy! Busy work, deal with deadlines for homework, busy have fun.... and I'm lazy to blog, no content for my pity blog la, even now I'm still start with craps =.="

Shopaholic vs. Earth Hour

Yeah! I watched the "Confessions of a Shopaholic", it seem a must watch movie to me! I like chick lit, how can I missed out the movie adaption from the bestseller, Shopaholic series from Sophie Kinsella?

I actually didn't read the series of book at all la =P, thats why I must go for the movie! Especially when the title comes with shopaholic or shopping, which girl don't likes this kind of movie?

Yea, I know there might be girls not interested too.... who cares, the most important thing is I like what, LOL!

Trying to save money recently to buy laptop and camera, I've stopped myself from shopping these days. Long time I never buy myself a single cloth, accesories and even shoes!

Talked bout saving, yesterday was Earth Hour day which meant to save energy. Everyone at least most of the peoples in my residential area turned off their lights when 8.30pm reached, EXCEPT my house! Our family wanted to switch off all the lights except my dad, he refused to do so, when we turned the lights off, he turned in on, plus he switch on all the lights so bright, he said those peoples were just showing off they're contributing to the cause and save the earth only, we don't have to pretend in such way, wtf!

I am a PR student, this kind of contributing not just contributing to a cause ourselves, it was also to create awareness to more people around the world, why can't he just do a small favor to switch off the lights for an hour to help the earth? If everyone has the same thought as him, the world gonna extinct just in a blink of eyes only. I'm doing recycle campaign just not long ago as to bring out the message of saving the earth, but I am such a loser I failed to educate my own dad, he is just too stubborn, ishhh! :(

Therefore, I went out of home that time, felt irritating to stay at the home with bright lights -___- Luckily at least I practiced it in my company on Friday as the whole building turn off the lights during working hours at 10-11am, even toilet!

It was my fault, I knew it was a permanent job when I they called me up for interview, thought that I can resign easily when my probation ends, and I really need job and money when they called me for a job... I'm doing quite good while interview and beats my competitor eventhough I told my boss I'm going to take two weeks leave within my probational period....

Now I regret, regret that I went for the interview, regret I started to work there, I feel guilty right now, they need people because there were few staffs resigning, so one of the resigned senior trying to pass over all her jobs on hand to me, had taught me a lot of things and now I'm handling her clients, she'll be leaving soon end of April, and I'm trying to resign but just don't know how to do it as I'm scared and worried that I'll blamed by my department's head, my senior and the boss who actually interviewed me and decided to hire me, they all thought that I'm good, it makes me feel more guilty, but I got no choice that I must leave, I'm going to UK end of May, I need time to do my reading logs and lots of stuffs, I can't stay just because I'm guilty, I must go UK, how??

How am I gonna resign in a better way that won't makes people blame and get mad on me??? What excuse should I use the best?? I'm in anxiety recently because of this, I know I did wrong.....

FYI, I'm currently working at Asia Assistance Network located at PJ, Jaya One as MIS and Data officer, sigh.... so damn far and now feeling regret and guilty for it, I feel like kinda unworthy and stupid for myself :(

Did I told anyone I'm working currently? I started to work 9-6 since last week, that is why I don't have time to update my blog...

I don't like to work but I did find myself a job, or should say the job found me :)

I never live in such normal life ever since last year's internship. I sleep at 10, 11 or latest 12 everyday, wake up bout 6 or 7 and I still feel time for sleep is not enough, I occasionally feel sleepy while working la...

Now I would appreciate weekend as much as I could, because I don't really love weekend so much when I'm still a college student.

Oh I just watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, it was nice!

Live like a pig during CNY, eat a lot and lots, sleep until late noon, then eat again... OMG, gained few pounds in few days, I'm guilty everytime when I eat but still I can't stop my hand to stuff food in my mouth, argghhh!!

When can my pounds drop like the UK's pound sterling?? Sigh...

CNY should be accompany with comedy and laughters. And watch movie in cinema is the only and most interesting activity I can think of to do during CNY instead of eat, sleep and watch drama at home, when not visiting relatives and friends to get angpaus and gamble.

That's why I watched two movies in comedy genre these two days.

First day of CNY mostly starts with boring, boring, still boring, sigh.... According my post you'll know how boring I am! Most of the time I only like the second day of CNY, that I'll meet with my lovely baby sitter and relatives which means I'll get many angpaus only on the day!

I really need a good year on this year! Let's make some wishes^^

I need job. A part time job that can spend my time and earn money before flying to UK. Same after I back from UK too, hopefully a really good job then! =)

Getting so random these days... because of her, Jovial. (Oh, today is her birthday too, Happy birthday Jovial, hugs hugs!) We called us as random friends, Lol!

Most of the time Jeffrey will joined us too during random times. We regularly done something spontaneous without planning at anytime, anywhere! Just so random and fun for doing these, I like random, I don't like planning.... You know why?

When planning begins, I'll have expectations. When things never happened on what I expect, I'll disappointed. I hate disappointments, I hate cancellations, I hate someone always make me hate plannings! Fine, I'm happy of getting random now.

This time, the random us went Genting right after my exam, Khien joined us during evening by himself. As result, I'm bad luck! I lose nearly two hundreds for playing slot machines and Roulette, and I supposed to lose more than that, luckily the lucky superstar Jeffrey having good intuition for playing Baccarat, and I shared with them so I get to win some from there to decrease my burden.

Chinese New Year will be knocking the door few days later, but I'm still not into mood yet. Lazy Bug supposed to start revision on yesterday,

suddenly this lazy bug excited to clean the house and room at noon,

when she wanna starts,

she felts sleepy and fall asleep on bed,

when she woke up was two hours later,

then she drags and drags her time on nothing,

and when she ends it was nearly midnight at 12,

2009 had passed a week, why still nothing special happened on me? Life just dull all the way. That was what on my mind earlier today.

Then, the god was so kind to me wanted to give me something that was so special until u might can't see me anymore. I nearly get in accident today, but that was my own fault la.... =.="

I saw my car was in dirt and dusty while driving, so I tried to clean some dusts with tissue while I'm driving in fast lane on highway with speed of 80 or 90 km/h I guess, I'm so concentrated on cleaning the dust thus when I raised my head back to drive, my car was heading to the right side of road which was the big divider in front and OMG it is so damn near! I'm shocked, in less than a second I turned the car's steering to the left, luckily there was no car on the middle lane or nearby, but I'm shocked and scared enough that time, if I didn't turned the steering wheel on time, I might not able to write my blog here right now.... :'(

Okay, this story tells me not to multi tasks while driving. I know I always used to answer calls or replied texts while driving, I'll try to avoid if not necessary :P

Happy New Year everyone! Like it is a must for everyone to wish everyone, so I should not left out from tradition right?! Lolz, I'm start talking rubbish in the new year already.... ok off!

I've done many stupid, crazy things last year especially on the last few days of 2008. What I wish on 2009 is stop being childish, hope whatever happen in 2009 will be great and most importantly stay health and happy!^^

Well, I guess 2009 will be a different year as I'll be graduate soon. Final exam is just before Chinese New Year. Then, either I'll work as part timer, before flying to LJMU, UK on June for three months Degree programme or I'll really start to work if I failed to fly.

Even if I'm able to study in UK, I still need to work after I come back what. No matter what, I still need to start working this year, sigh... =.="

Now I'm wondering do I need to stand still on what I need originally, I know I'm not suppose to stand still because it's not worth for me to do so. Or I actually can't stand still and wish to run just I'm gutless to have a try?

Christmas celebration 2008 (part 2)

Dian Ti Hill again for brunch on Christmas day! Few days ago I spent RM40 vouchers there, now Mavis got RM100 vouchers, so we gonna eat for free....again! Lolz =P

We met Tracy there and she told us a good news which I can sms to MyStyle in order to get 50% discount, then only we pay using cash vouchers. Such a brilliant idea! Too bad I didn't knew it when my first visit, Tracy you should told me earlier ma. Hehe, whatever la passed already...

Hence, we had order ~ 1 soup, 2 drinks, 2 desserts, 7 courses! Guess what, we got only 4 persons but we managed to clear all foods on table, we have really big stomach!

Total of our bill was RM 216, after 50% plus taxes is about RM116, we got RM90 cash vouchers after distributed RM10 to Tracy, so we just paid RM26 only for such a full brunch meal, haha! So worth...^^

Compared with the first time visit, the food we order this time are somehow better, and the music had improved a lot, I think might be the day when my first visit was weekday which less customers, they just aired the songs they like without according to the atmosphere in the restaurant, now they aired those quiter music which really fit into the restaurant, it makes my mood better too! Keke^^

It's all about Christmas! Merry Christmas, hohoho!

Celebration starts on eve, with dinner at Cozy Corner, Jaya33 @ PJ. Sorry to say that, the food were sucks, don't ever hope I'll be there again.

To dine with similar price or even lower, I can even dine better at many other steak houses. Their steaks' quality in physical and taste might even lower than steaks from those open-aired steak house, but their price is alot higher, the quality of the steaks doesn't deserved to be sell on that price, I paid RM48 for the steak and glass of fruit juice! The price was not much difference with Tony Roma's set of steak, but I have to suffer for eating such lousy meal on X'mas eve, regret why not I just pick Tony Roma's to have dine earlier?

The original plan was going to Niu Ze Xui 牛车水 cause we've never been there before, wanted to walk around and then dine at a restaurant named Full House there which served with nice and romantic atmosphere with theme in white recommended by some friends as their food is in reasonable price as well, too bad plan was changed when Gie suggested to go Jaya One or Jaya 33. No offense, not tend to blame anyone for the plan changes, just feel disappointed with the restaurant, ish =.=

Then, went clubbing at Maison. Gosh, I don't like those techno music aired by the DJ on the night, I prefer R&B music more, even house music by DJ Josh Wink from Poppy last time was a lot better than this, I know why Wilson used 90k to hire him. The night was slightly boring, we returned earlier bout 1am and headed to McD, lolz...

Heading to Pavilion today with Miyuke as she wanted to purchase X'mas present for her lovely boyfriend. Me, browse of X'mas presents for friends too, how I wish I can buy my boyfriend a X'mas present too, so envy when people shopping for boy friend, like I'm craving for a boy friend, yea I gotta admit I am! Cannot meh?

Then, since I got RM40 cash vouchers for free, we took dinner at DainTi Hill 代官山.

My comment, their food so so only, but there was a waiter talks sounded like he came from Mainland China, ok la this is not his fault, just he annoyed me a lot, he keep on recommend food I don't like and I don't like his style of talking. Fuh, finally thesis & event are all over, time to relax while waiting for coming Christmas and New Year. Isn't that good news? However, now I don't feel any special on these festivals anymore... I'm tired and lazy yet scare I'll be alone and boring on these days, I'll have holidays more than a week, what can I do??

Don't care about it first, I'm gonna update on my birthday bout 2-3 weeks ago, yea it was on 2nd Dec, and it was a busy period for me and my friends too, I'm glad to have some celebrations with different groups of peoples though in this busy period. Celebrations even last until ten days after my birthday, thanks to all for the celebrations, wishes, pressies!! So warm for having all these, muackssss^^

Their food is nice as well as drinks too, I ordered Strawberry, Apple, Orange (士多啤梨苹果橙) for drink because its name same with one of Twins' song, hehe. But it was just so nice to drink, ABU recommended! If anyone wants to go the cafe, just call me and I'll bring you there, all you need to do just pay for mine, hehehe...

Don't know why I won't visit doctor or buy any medi everytime when I sick, never thought wanted to do so at all, everyone asked me to look for doctor or buy medicine, I'll say will ge la, but then drag drag drag at the end never do so, I not even eaten any single antibiotic or medi this time. But I might can't drag anymore, it's getting worse day by day, I think should go for doc tomorrow liao...

Wah since when I never went clinic huh? One or two years? Three or four? Don't feel weird, I seldom get fever or any other sickness *touch wood*, mainly just buy 1 free 2 which is full package include of sore throat, flu and cough for sure! Went shopping on Sunday with Mavis & Poh Khum just right after I've finished Mr.Chuan's 1st assignment...

Though drown in busy days, well still have to take a breath what^^ But, in order to take a breath, I broke my own wallet =.="

Because...I bought 4 pairs of shoes!

And~ 3 nail polishes, 2 tops, 2 necklaces, 1 ring, etc...

Now that my car trunk is totally full of shoes! And there's still some in the shoe rack, I put those shoes in my car just to hide from my dad, but he actually kne

Damn it! I might ate something untidy or too spicy yesterday, end up stomachache and diarrhea since return home afternoon until midnight! Not new issue anymore, Global Warming is getting serious nowadays. Our earth is sick, and don't think it's not related to us, all just because of us and it really effect us.

So what can we do?? Most of us think that we might can't help, I am just a small character, what can I help? You're wrong! Just one of us might can't help, but many of us cooperate together will sure helped. We should protect our environment together.

What we can do is just easy as start recycling! Not just start it yourself secretly but bring the message and impact to your friends, family, etc. Nothing to be shame about recycle, you should be proud if you are practicing recycle, you are doing something good and contribute to the cause =)

Most of us might just used to recycle newspapers the most, we might ignored on other recycle items. Think before you throw, your rubbish might can be reduce, reuse or recycle... What we can recycle not just papers, but aluminum, plastic, electronic, batteries, clothing, textiles & even Biodegradable...

What is Biodegradable?? It refers to substance that able to decay naturally and without harming the environment that are mostly those wastages of food and garden, typically originating from plant or animal sources. Mostly we can do composting on it, make it become fertilizer...

After knowing that what we can actually recycle, what you waiting for? Start it!!

We should actually start reduce and reuse before we recycle. Reduce usage on unnecessary items, do not waste. Or, reuse items as we called it fully utilize. Last, recycle rubbish or wastage accordingly, there are many recycle bins who collecting recycle items located at different communities. Discover it!

Went Tony Roma's at Pavilion yesterday for dinner, seems nothing special but guess what, I ate for free!! It's free!! No no, it's not any promotions from Tony Roma's, the story is....

My twins besties, Mei & Mun went Tony Roma's few days ago, they ordered set lunch which really looks different compare to the menu, especially the portion of food. Therefore, they made a complaint in the survey form requested for explanation from the manager by call. Of course the manager called them and invite them to pay a second chance for the restaurant to serve them as apologize and promise to make changes on the menu and food, they were offered free Dinner for two, absolutely free! But they brought me with them on the day since we plan to attend the CLEO Fashion Awards in Pavilion too...

What so good is we can order anything!! Yeah, anything as we can eat! Three of us ate food cost around RM200, that's when we actually just had our tea time meal, if not we might ate around RM300 or more, the restaurant so "sui" (unlucky) to serve the twins, they are really "kao peh" (complaint) queens!! LOL =P

About the CLEO event, it's quite boring for me, I left just after half hour, what I felt interesting were just those freebies in the given goodies bag, but nothing much inside which i think is nice, a lot vouchers which I won't use, maybe just the Herbal essences' shampoo and the Maybelline lip gloss lo... When I left, we stopped in front Pavilion cause there's Fly Fm's troopers crew, we played games and answered questions therefore I get a pack of 4 bottles O.P.I nail colors, JUNK mag, a Maybelline lip gloss again...

Fuh, finished pitch presentation and assignment, feel release yet tired after few days busy on assignment and thesis, and also family stuffs. I've been lack of sleep about a week. I managed to sleep at around 4am in the morning and woke up early morning for many days.... So I woke up 2pm today, but still feeling tired now la =.=

Attended grandpa's 80th birthday celebration last night, I bought him a shirt, he likes it so much and wanted to change it on the spot^^ BUT, unfortunately, the shirt was too big in size, so lame me just told the salesperson to get me a size M shirt without take a look on its size at all.
I took back to change size S today, but the salesperson told me M was the smallest, shit la it was really looks like L or XL la, where possible smallest??!
Ends up my dad will take the shirt, and I need to buy grandpa another piece, OMG I'm really pokai already, and I realized I lost RM60 last night, can't find it anywhere, so unlucky me!!

Went to Poppy Garden on last Thurs as my friend said DJ Josh Wink will spin the deck on the night. My friend was the event organizer, he said he used 90k to bring Josh Wink there. Actually I don't know who he is, I just take chance or excuse to have fun only^^

Cut my hair on Sat, damn regret to change hair salon instead of the hair salon that I used to go, it's so ugly, grrrr!!

I'm actually decided to try on this hair salon because my mom said it's okay and the main reason is my mom will pay for me if I followed her to the salon... end up, this story telling me not to be greedy! I won't go back to the salon anymore, even if my mom wanna pay for me again, it was the first and last time, I SWEAR!!!

Said my trips had been canceled initially.

Eventually, Cameron Highlands changed to Genting Highlands, Penang became Ipoh, though paid back with nearer places, better than nothing la... ^^ Went 1 day trip with friends to Genting on Mon just for fun or perhaps just to take photos, not bad at least took a lot of photos^^
Hari Raya holidays on Wed and Thu, followed family to Ipoh & Sungkai at Perak. Went Ipoh of course for food!! Yummy, thanks to Mavis as our tour guide brought us Jalan Jalan Cari Makan and bought some Ipoh famous products. Since been there, we went to the Sungai Klah Hot Springs Park near Sungkai which about an hour away from Ipoh.

Gonna end my holidays soon, class will be start on coming Tue. But I haven't start doing my thesis report yet, sigh =.=

Went sing k today though my throat not fully recover yet, it's about 3 weeks already but now recover bout 80% only, I just can sang those Male's songs well but sucks in Female's songs, my friend laughed at me said I sounds like Anita Mui, lol! I can speak & shout very well but hardly wanted to sing, I just worry if I won't recover forever then I can't sing well anymore, I love my own original voice not Anita Mui la... =.=

No more Cameron Trip

Supposed to be in Cameron Highlands now, at last the trip is canceled! :(

I hate cancellation, I hate when people started excited and with some expectations but then told me its cancel, I hate when my expectations lost and drowned with disappointments left. Although just Cameron, but I'm happy to go somewhere instead of KL, I just don't want to stay in KL, now I think I'm gonna try my best to love KL as another trip planning to Penang on next week might be cancel as well. I better expect it will be canceled, no expectation is the best, I won't disappointed then.

How good it is if I dare to travel alone, no cancellation, I can go anywhere I like to anytime! But I don't have such nerve, I'm lame, I'm gutless (so called "mou gutsy" in Cantonese), I scare to be alone, I won't even dine alone outside, I won't go buy food or dine just oneself out of home, thats why I always in starvation when I'm home alone, I would only cook if I really want to eat or else call my mom to buy me food... Darn lazy me!!

Feel kinda down, moody and sad these few days... I was thinking if I could travel away from KL I'll feel better and happier, but my chance to become happier has gone as well, then now plus disappointment, so I'm down, moody, sad & disappointed...

Few hours back, said wanna work out on my slimming plan...

Just a short while then, being pulled by a friend for a brunch+high tea @ Jusco Maluri, so I didn't complete my plan.
No, not incomplete, but never started at all =.=

Blamed on that fella la, said I won't have chance to see him for 3 years if I don't came out, so I'm forced to went out =P
But I do shared a lot of stories from him, not that unworthy la...

What so unworthily was I went post office after that, it's nearly hundred numbers before my turn and while waiting for my turn, I spent money again...
Bought some unnecessary things, I promised myself not to buy anything recently but my hand can't stand on itchiness again...

Moonlight Resonance came to the end already, it's finished! My only kill time favorite thing to do had gone, what can I do now??

Why so fast end?? At least should let me spend few more days to watch before I go Cameron Highland on coming Thurs.

Now I'm gonna start seeking works to do...
Tada~ the best thing I should do is cleaning my house!
(So huge project, started regret on the idea =P)
But... it's a good idea to keep fit, I'm gaining weight recently, I ate steamboat 3 times in a week, my gosh! Better remain the idea la =.=

Fuh! Finally exam finished on Monday morning, Hooray!! Can take a deep breathe now!

Then my activities started, I went to Beauty Expo held in PWTC right after exam, hehe!! Bought masks and ampoules, so happy but my wallet become thinner, too bad =(

After Beauty Expo, I got to rush to my friend's birthday party and I haven't buy any present yet, rush to few shops to buy presents, box, cards under the rain... Then traffic jam on the road, I'm late already and still have to pick up another friend before heading to the party. Therefore, I'm late to the BBQ party, although my throat still on sick with damn sexy voice, but I never missed the food! I don't care already, eat is more important, yummy yummy!! =P

Then, it's time for me to take rest gao gao since my life was upside downed during exam period and I always get insomnia. So I guai guai slept from Monday night 12am until the next day 1++pm, it's total more than 13 hours. It was consider long sleep period for me because I seldom have enough sleep time =)

Tuesday also considered as fully utilised as after rest, I continued my activities by having steamboat dinner with family, then at night went yumcha with friend at Genting half hill , my friend must be crazy for driving up so far just for a Milo drink which can get from any mamak stall, it seems like KL's mamak stalls all closed! =.="

Tonight sounds abit silent as no one invite me out, no activities, I think I'm gonna watch dramas at home liao... (Singing : Silent night holy night...)

I'm considered lucky as my voice not that worse anymore though I still ate BBQ, steamboat, and many fried and spicy food during sick period... I didn't take care myself at all, so my voice until now still not fully recover yet, but probably recover about 60% already, at least I can talk non-stop although my friend keep on saying my voice so ugly and annoying, always tried to stop me from talking!!

Sorry for being so irritating la, or else did I need to learn hand language like "Ah Heng/阿庆" in Moonlight Resonance 家好月圆?? XD

Too addicted to the drama already, the topic now with buddies always surrounded with the drama, hehe =D

Since I cursed myself rather to get cough or sore throat on the previous post, yea i finally got it, DAMN IT!!

My flu started recover on yesterday, but cough started the night before yesterday, one not yet go, another came, WTF!! Then, my cough too serious it causes sore throat as well and what's now that I finally lost my voice!!

My voice started changed a bit since yesterday, but I still non-stop talking with my friends, at last my voice had lost this morning but I still wanna try my best to talk, so now I speak so darn SEXY like a Pondan (as what Mavis said, she so bad) which just sounds alike like 利菁姐, the Taiwanese transsexual who hosted 麻辣天后宫 TV programme!! =.=""
